Eazao Zero Direct Extrusion-500cc

This solution is aimed at particularly viscous printing materials, which are particularly hard and cannot be extruded smoothly with a screw extruder.

Preparation: directly extrude the adapter plate, PCF10-02.

1. Remove the 2 M6 bolts and take off the SHF20 that fixes the extruder.

2. Fix the direct extrusion adapter plate to the X-axis slider and fix the PCF10 on the adapter plate as shown in the figure below.

3. Insert the material tube directly into PCF10.
