Warnings:

1. This device is not a toy and must be operated under the supervision of at least two people.

2. Before using this device, ensure that the four nuts securing the cylinder cover and cylinder are fully tightened. Failure to do so may result in cylinder explosion and a safety accident!

3. This device has a pressure regulating valve. Before use, ensure the pressure regulating valve is at 0 Mpa, then slowly increase the pressure to the appropriate level. Do not open the hand valve when the pressure regulating valve is at 0 Mpa or higher.

4. We recommend using this equipment at a pressure of 0.4 MPa or lower, and not exceeding 0.8 MPa. A safety valve is installed on the barrel cover; if the pressure exceeds the safety limit (0.8 MPa), the safety valve will automatically release the excess pressure.

Usage Tips:

1. After filling the clay, before installing the piston, apply lubricating oil/grease to the piston. This will allow the piston to be easily inserted into the cylinder.

Product Introduction:

The 20L pressure tank clay conveying system is a large-capacity clay conveying device with a pressure tank volume of up to 20L.

The device includes a 20L stainless steel pressure tank and a frame structure. The upper part of the 20L pressure tank features a high-thrust cylinder ①, capable of generating a thrust of up to 1200KG at 0.6 Mpa pressure. The lower part is a stainless steel pressure tank ②, which can hold 20L of clay. Using this equipment requires an air compressor with a pressure capacity of at least 0.6 Mpa and a volume of at least 6L.

There are two power sources for the system to propel the clay:

1. A cylinder alone propels the clay. Compressed air is supplied to the cylinder, causing the cylinder pusher to move forward, pushing the piston inside the pressure tank forward. The piston then propels the clay forward, extruding it from the outlet. In this method, compressed air does not enter the pressure tank, preventing it from mixing with the clay.

2. Compressed air is supplied to both the cylinder and the pressure tank simultaneously. This method, based on method 1, additionally supplies compressed air to the pressure tank, which acts directly on the piston inside the pressure tank. The thrust of method 2 is approximately twice that of method 1, so we use this method by default.

Note: Based on our own testing with Jingdezhen high-white clay, the 20L pressure tank conveying system can propel harder clay compared to an electric pusher.

For Option 2, the cylinder can generate 960KG of thrust at an input pressure of 0.6Mpa (data provided by the cylinder manufacturer). With a piston diameter of 265mm, an input pressure of 0.6Mpa generates 3370 KG of thrust, for a cumulative total of 4430KG. (The above calculations were performed by ChatGPT.) We believe that the thrust of a 20L cylinder pushing clay should not be 4430KG. However, based on our practical experience, its thrust is greater than that of the Matrix series electric putters. This is because the 20L cylinder can push harder clay.
