Fully-sealed motion module:
The equipment uses a fully-sealed precision module as the motion platform, which not only ensures the printing accuracy, but also effectively reduces the pollution of wastes such as dust during the printing process.
Quick-release split extruder:
As the core component of the concrete 3D printer, the concrete-printed extruder is made of stainless steel. It is designed for the barrel and screw quick-release split type, which is easy to use and easy to disassemble and maintain.
Various feeding methods:
The front end of the extruder is equipped with a manual feeding port, which can meet the 3D printing test of a small amount of concrete materials. For large-volume models, the back end of the extruder is provided with a connection to the pump, enabling continuous delivery of concrete material.
Equipped with a nozzle setter, one-key leveling can be achieved for different thickness printing platforms without repeated calibration.
