Vertical Feeding Kit

The main resistance to ceramic 3D printing feeding is the transportation of clay, and you will hear the clicking sound of the push rod. Under the condition of ensuring printability, shortening the feeding tube as much as possible can effectively alleviate the resistance of feeding.

 

This solution aims to shorten the distance of the feeding pipe and increase the diameter of the feeding pipe, which can effectively reduce the resistance and thereby transport harder clay. Therefore, we designed a feeding method that places the cartridge above the printer.

 

This product is a delivery tube and accessories that connect the vertically placed cartridge to the extruder part. As for how to position the cartridge vertically, that’s completely open. In addition, there is a low-cost option. You can use your existing 12mm feeding tube. You can simply replace the fitting at the extruder using the following solution:
